ORLANDO, Fla. —
The young woman says she was greeting children in "Toon Town" at the Magic Kingdom when the man groped her.
"Well, he just came at me. He came at me and grabbed my breasts," she stated in court.

Prosecutors say the victim in the case could not call for help because she would have been fired if she spoke while in costume.
Brittney McGoldrick says she'll never forget the sound of a laugh.
"It was a creepy laugh. It was just a real creepy, creepy laugh," McGoldrick said.
McGoldrick says the laughter was from 60-year-old John Moyer.
On June 7, the Pennsylvania grandfather was visiting Walt Disney World with his family. On that day, McGoldrick was on the job as Minnie Mouse. She claims that during a photo session, Moyer grabbed her breasts and rear end. In court, she nearly broke into tears as she described what happened.
"I was doing everything I could to get his hands off my breasts. So, I did everything I could and pushed them down," she described.
Moyer was arrested that day and charged with battery. There are pictures snapped by a Disney photographer that prosecutors say caught the attack on film.
However, the defense insists the snapshots show nothing and McGoldrick was hammered for not calling for help or waving the "Disney distress signal" when a character is in trouble.
But the woman never broke character and claims she would lose her job if she had.
"If I got the crap beat out of me, I have to go along and say nothing ever happened. That's part of the Disney integrity. We have to."
Defense witnesses were taking the stand Monday afternoon. Eyewitness News learned that Moyer will likely testify.
