PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. —
It was at a Wal-Mart where, investigators said, an alert shopper spotted Tasker in the act and called police, but his victims never knew.
"And I asked that question specifically, has anyone ever turned around and caught you in the act of doing this and he said no," explained Charlie Lumpkin, Port St. Lucie Police Department.
Women said the incident would make them more aware of their surroundings, but said it's sad when you have to worry about something like that when you're shopping.
Police said Tasker confessed to many similar incidents over the years. They hope to file more charges as their investigation continues.
