Man Blames Bathing Suit For Flashing Girl

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —

A man accused of exposing himself to a young girl at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon says it was his bathing suit's fault.

Bradford Biggers, 51, of Connecticut is in the Orange County jail after investigators say he flashed a 14-year-old girl at Typhoon Lagoon over the weekend.

Biggers said it was a mistake and blamed it on his European-style bathing suit that was too tight.

The incident is the fourth sex crime at a Central Florida theme park in one month.
