Man Caught On ATM Video Installing Skimming Device

Surveillance cameras caught a man installing a skimming device on a Rockledge ATM to steal money from innocent customers.

The photos were recorded last Friday at a Washington Mutual Bank branch on Barnes Boulevard. Police believe the skimmer was in place for at least a week.

Investigators said at least 30 accounts were skimmed and some had money taken out.
