Man Shot And Killed At Truck Stop

A man was shot and killed at an Orange County truck stop Friday night.

Officials say 37-year-old Frank Allen was shot after he got into a fight with another man at the truck stop on north Highway 441 in Zellwood.

Orange County Sheriff’s Deputies rushed to the scene and taped off a large area. Eyewitnesses say they believe the shooter got away in a blue semi truck. Deputies took several statements, but say they’ve got little to go on.

Eyewitnesses told Channel 9 they saw the blue semi truck travel up Highway 441 into Lake County.

Deputies don’t know what sparked the fight between the men.
