Pedestrian Killed Crossing Road In Kissimmee
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. —
Florida Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a fatal crash in Osceola County after a driver hit and killed a pedestrian Monday night.
Investigators say Karen Boyd was driving on U.S. 192 near Vista del Lago Boulevard when she hit a pedestrian who was trying to cross the road. Troopers say the man was trying to cross the road on or near a crosswalk.
Charges are pending in the case. The victim's name has not been released.
