Teacher Says District Fired Her For Scantily-Clad Charter Boat Job

 

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. —

A Florida teacher says she's out of a teaching job because of her second job.

Tiffany Shepherd worked at Port St. Lucie High School and Smokin' em Charters, a fishing boat known for having scantily-clad women.

Shepherd said she thought the district was under the impression that she worked there topless, but Shepherd says she always wore a bikini.

The district said Shephard was fired because she missed more than 30 days of work.
