Woman Charged With Having Sex With Teen Neighbor

There are shocking accusations against a Brevard County mother of three. The 34-year-old woman is charged with having sex with a teenaged neighbor and there could be more victims.

Police are interviewing at least two more teens in her neighborhood and said the sexual encounters happened a dozen times. The suspect, Kimberly Page, was a neighbor of the 14-year-old victim.

Page said nothing in court Thursday as her attorney pleaded for a lesser bond in the sexual battery case.

"Ms. Page has lived here most of her life, since the age of two. She's got three children, 12, 10 and 8. She's married, owns a house. She's never been in trouble before. This is the first time she's been in this position," her attorney said in court Thursday.

Police said the victim lived in her neighborhood and is a friend of Page's son. She's accused in at least a dozen sexual encounters with the sixth grader, who is developmentally disabled. According to detectives, Page's family has been victimized as well.

"Our victim is a victim. And you have to think of [Page's] family. She has several children, three children and a husband at home. They're victims of her crimes also," said Det. Barbara Matthews, Cocoa Police Department.

Police said they conducted a controlled phone call between Page and the victim. In it, she allegedly told the boy she loved him.

"We can use the word she seduced him. She absolutely did. This went on for a period of time before the sex occurred. But she would help him get out to the house at night, open the window, wake him up and take him out for the little rendezvous," Det. Matthews explained.

Cocoa detectives believe there are more victims. Their investigation has led them to at least two other boys who they are planning to interview. Meanwhile, page is being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
