ORLANDO, Fla. —
However, a judge Monday decided the HOA president was not guilty of trespassing, because the judge considers her porch to be community property of the condo. Jodi Haenke provided video of a confrontation with the condo association president Keith Osgood, which she said proves that he's stalking her. The video shows Osgood leaping onto the patio, chasing her and screaming.

"Vulgar, obscene language, words that you can't even say on TV," said Haenke.
She said the dispute started with a civil suit over building codes, but then came dismembered snakes and rodents at her doorstep. Her condo was ransacked and her car spray-painted.
"I think the TV media and the sheriff's office are going to find me dead and it's just a matter of time," she said.
Eyewitness News confronted the man in the video and he denied everything.
"I was walking by, she asked me a few questions and she got in a conversation with me," Osgood said.
"It looked like a shouting match and you were doing all the shouting," Eyewitness News reporter Steve Barrett responded.
"Well that's not true," Osgood said.
The so-called conversation earned Osgood an arrest for trespassing and disorderly conduct, but a judge decided he was on condo association property.
Haenke said she's back to square one, but still armed with her surveillance system.
"I am terrified for my life. I feel it could happen and no one would know," she said.
