Course Knowledge: Mystic Dunes...the name sounds peaceful enough with the veneer of a tranquil, safe harbor, but lying in wait, ready to pounce, there is that not-so-serene side to this 18 hole journey. Carved from rolling orange groves and native, protected wetlands, Mystic Dunes Golf Club sits on the edge of the premier travel destination in the world yet offers a feeling of escape from it all. Creating alternate feelings of elation to frustration, calm and turmoil, and joy with the occasional bouts of fear, Mystic Dunes will always leave a lasting impression on the golfer's psyche and inevitably will keep you coming back for more. - from Mystic Dunes' website

Driving Directions: From I-4, exit at U.S. 192 west (Exit 64B), merge into left lane. Go 2.1 miles, turn left on Old Lake Wilson Road (CR 545) at the Black Angus restaurant. Then go 1.2 miles where you will see the beautiful fountain entry to the Wyndham Palms Resort and Country Club.
