Here's a roundup of news trending across the nation and world today.

What to know now:

1. Airport bombing: Turkish state media is reporting that 13 Islamic State members believed to be suspects in the attack at the Ataturk Airport were detained Thursday following a series of raids in the city. The death toll for the airport attack stands at 42. Officials have said they believe that ISIS was behind  the attack that left more than 230 people injured.

2. Grizzly kills biker: A  U.S. Forest Service officer was attacked and killed by a grizzly bear as he was riding his mountain bike along a trail just outside Glacier National Park in Montana. Brad Treat, along with a companion apparently surprised the bear and her two cubs. The bear knocked Treat off of his bike. Authorities are looking for the bear.

3. Protest at Dems convention:  Members of Black Lives Matter may stage a sit-in at the Democratic National Convention, one of the group's leaders said, similar to the one Democrats launch last week on the House floor. DeRay Mckesson told Capital Download that the group questions presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton's commitment to issues important to the movement. "There are two things that I'm mindful of: One is that I've not seen a draft or a final version of the platform from the Democratic convention committee, and I think that will have a big bearing on how people mobilize. The second is that Congress just sat in, so it'll be interesting to see how the DNC responds to people in protest, given that congressmen literally just sat in and they seemed to validate that."

4. Reagan auction:  The contents of Ronald and Nancy Reagan's ranch-style home in California are set to be auctioned by Christie's. Everything from furniture to paintings, mementos and gifts from heads of state are set to be auctioned off on Sept. 21-22. Proceeds, expected to top $2 million, will go to the The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute.

5.  Clinton emails: One of Hillary Clinton's top aides, Huma Abedin, testified in a deposition that Clinton's use of a private email server was intended to protect her personal information. Abedin said the presumptive Democratic nominee did not want her private emails -- that were on the server with her State Department emails -- to be accessible to "anybody," according to transcripts released Wednesday from the deposition. Clinton said that the use of the private server was a matter of convenience. Abedin said she was not aware if Clinton personally deleted any emails while she served as secretary of State.
