It's ‘free shipping day;' see deals from Macy's, Walmart, Best Buy and others

Do you still have gifts to buy this holiday season? If you’re thinking of doing some online shopping, Friday may be the day you want to do it.

It's free shipping day, a day where retailers offer deals on items then ship them to you for free.

According to the National Retail Federation, 47 percent of consumers surveyed say free shipping is one of the most important factors during the holiday season.

While the deals vary and most do not match Black Friday or Cyber Monday discounts, there are savings to be had. And the best part is is that many retailers do not require a minimum purchase to get the free shipping. Retailers also say the goods will arrive by Dec. 24.

More than 1,200 businesses are in on the deal, you can click here to see all the retailers who are participating in free shipping day.
