PepsiCo announced a summer return of its ’90s hit soda, Crystal Pepsi.

The short-lived clear soda will be on shelves in the U.S. and Canada for a short time, much to the delight of its cult following.

The drink only lasted on store’s shelves from 1992 to 1994 before being pulled from the company’s regular lineup.

The original rollout received a strong enough demand that other companies copied the going clear formula, notably rival Coca Cola, who released Tab Clear, a cinnamon-tinged version of Coke’s original diet soft drink.

"We've always had a special place in our heart for Crystal Pepsi, and there has been a huge groundswell of support to bring it back," Stacy Taffet, senior director of marketing, said in a news release. "What better way to celebrate this iconic 90s cola than to introduce a new take on one of the most beloved games of the decade.

The soda will start to hit shelves on July 11 in Canada and Aug. 8 in the U.S. with the retail push focusing on 20-ounce bottles that will retail for $1.79.
