Davie, FL -- (Sports Network) - The Miami Dolphins signed free agent offensive lineman Steve McKinney on Monday.McKinney, a 10-year NFL veteran, suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in September of last season while playing for the Houston Texans, and was placed on injured reserve.
