Giants Sign Receiver Manningham

(Sports Network) - The New York Giants signed wide receiver Mario Manningham on Tuesday.

The 5-foot-11, 183-pounder played three seasons for the Michigan Wolverines, catching 137 passes for 2,310 yards and 27 touchdowns. In 2007, he was named first-team All-Big Ten for his 12 touchdowns, 72 receptions and conference- leading 1,174 yards.

Manningham was a third-round choice of the Giants and 95th selection overall.
