McNabb Out With Shoulder Tendinitis

POSTED: 11:59 am EDT June 10, 2008

(Sports Network) - Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb will likely miss the rest of the week's organized team activities with shoulder tendinitis, allowing 2007 second-round pick Kevin Kolb to work with the first-team offense.

When asked if he was worried about his arm, McNabb told the team's Web site, "No. I know it will get better."

The 31-year-old McNabb has suffered injuries in each of the past three seasons, forcing him to miss multiple games on each occasion. In 2007, he threw for 3,324 yards and 19 touchdowns with seven interceptions in 14 contests. The Eagles had an 8-8 record and failed to reach the playoffs for the second time in three seasons.
