Second Indictment Handed Down In Windshield Killing

Suspect Currently In Jail On Probation Violation

A 24-year-old Fort Worth resident was indicted today for helping to dispose of the body of Gregory Biggs.

Herbert Tyrone Cleveland is accused of helping Chante Mallard dispose of Biggs in a Fort Worth park after she hit him with her car, and left him stuck in her windshield for several days to die.

Cleveland is currently in jail on a probation revocation.

Mallard is currently being held on $250,000 bond and is charged with murder.
