Toyota of Orlando wins HUGE Toyota award for 2013!

We’ve got some great news to share here at Toyota of Orlando… we recently were awarded with three prestigious awards by Toyota! Every year, dealers across the nation are honored based on elements like customer service, company operations, and sales. This year, our Orlando Toyota dealership was given the most prestigious award of all – we were named to the Toyota President’s Cabinet! 

Toyota of Orlando named to Toyota President’s Cabinet 

The Toyota President’s Cabinet is without a doubt the highest honor that a Toyota dealer can be awarded. Only 12 dealers across the nation are given the honor every year (out of the 1,250 new Toyota and Scion dealers that are currently operating in the US). In order to be named to the Toyota President’s Cabinet, dealers have to excel in three areas: 
  • Operations of their dealerships
  • Sales
  • Customer service and satisfaction
Our new Toyota dealership in Orlando met all three conditions easily, and we were thrilled to be named one of the top 12 dealers in the country! We were the only Toyota dealership in Central Florida to get the honor, and we couldn’t be prouder to represent such an iconic, high-quality, and reliable brand!

Not only were we named to the Toyota President’s Cabinet, our Orlando Toyota dealership was also given two other prestigious awards: 
  • Toyota Board of Governors' Award: In order to be given this high honor, you have to place in the top 60 dealers in the country in terms of both sales and customer service. Not only did we manage to make it into this particular group, we went one step further to become a member of the top 12!
  • Toyota President's Award: This award is given to dealers that go above and beyond in terms of customer satisfaction. It's a huge honor, as Toyota bases it around their core principles of customer service!
