Toyota of Orlando scopes the Scion 10 Series!

Scion is celebrating its tenth anniversary with style – they’re releasing special edition models of the entire family to commemorate ten amazing years in the automotive industry! The Scion 10 Series, as they’ve been dubbed, will be released in June of this year in a limited quantity. And trust us – when we say limited quantity, we mean it… Scion is only releasing 10,000 of these special edition models nationwide (2,500 of them will be the iconic Orlando Scion FR-S). We hope we’ll see them in Central Florida at some point, so let’s explore all of the incredible new stylistic elements and upgrades they’ll be bringing to the table when they hit our Orlando Toyota dealership! 

Scion 10 Series brings innovation to our Toyota dealership in Central Florida 

The Scion brand builds its foundations upon creativity and staying unique, as you can probably tell just by looking at the family of cars itself. Things kicked off with the introduction of the Scion xA and xB in 2003, and it’s only gotten better since then! All of these vehicles boast individual style and performance capabilities, but still offer incredible affordability and reliability you can count on. The Scion 10 Series will be no exception to this ideology – let’s take a look at exactly what you can expect from these new Scion in Orlando! 

First up: appearance! Appearance is one of the main factors that Scion enhanced for these special models. You’ll love: 
  • A new exterior paint hue called Silver Ignition. It manages to pull off a flashy but somewhat subdued feel at the same time, and lends a new degree of sophistication to these incredible cars. 
  • New alloy wheels that have a darker graphite finish – they lend an exciting contrast to the new paint hue these cars will be rocking!
  • New exterior badges have also been incorporated into the design! All of our new Scion in Orlando have Scion badges, but the limited edition models will have badges that actually light up blue when the car is turned on – it's another amazing contrast to the slick new paint color. 
However, the exterior wasn’t the only part of these new Scion that got attention. Things were also taken to the next level on the interior! The Silver Ignition color scheme was integrated, with new silver seatbelts and a sleek dash. The dash additionally boasts a large Scion 10 Series logo that lights up like the exterior Scion badges! 

New Scion FR-S 10 Series offers major technological upgrades! 

Since the 2013 Scion FR-S in Orlando is such an incredibly popular option, Scion decided to take things just a bit further. This particular limited edition model will also include new technology, like dual climate control for maximum comfort and the innovative Smart Key System, which incorporates a push button start! They’ll integrate new HID headlights and automatic daytime running lights, as well!
