Directions on I-4 from Downtown Orlando:
(Approximately 35 minutes from Downtown.)
Merge onto I-4 W via the ramp on the LEFT toward TAMPA. Take Exit 78- Conroy Rd. Turn slight right onto Conroy Rd. ( Conroy becomes Conroy- Windermere Road, which then turns into CR-439/E 6th AVE.) Enter next roundabout and take 3rd exit onto MAIN ST / CR-439. Turn Right on Chase Road. And go about 3.2 miles. Turn Right onto 535 N/CR-535N/Winter Garden Vineland Road. Continue about 1.8 miles and Turn Left onto Ficquette Road. Turn Right onto Old Thicket Trace and then quick left onto Avenue of the Rushes. WFTV Concept Home will be at 14520 Avenue of the Rushes on your left.

Directions on Florida Turnpike from Downtown Orlando:
(Approximately 29 minutes from Downtown)
Merge onto 408 W/East West Toll and travel approx. 9 miles. Take the Florida Turnpike North exit towards Ocala. Travel North on Turnpike for about 1.1 miles and take exit 267 A towards SR-429 /CR-535/Apopka. Take the SR-429-S TOLL exit on the LEFT toward CR-535. Merge onto FL-429 S (Portions toll). Take the CR-535 exit- EXIT 19- toward WINTER GARDEN VINELAND RD. Merge onto STONEYBROOK WEST PKWY. Turn LEFT onto CR-535 S / WINTER GARDEN VINELAND RD. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto FICQUETTE RD. Take the 2nd RIGHT onto OLD THICKET TRCE. Then first left onto Avenue of the Rushes. The WFTV Concept Home will be on your left.
