Global Green Alliance “Green Earth Expo Sweepstakes”
OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

SPONSOR. The Global Green Alliance "Green Earth Expo Sweepstakes" ("The Sweepstakes") is sponsored by WFTV, Inc. and the Global Green Alliance., whose decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER. The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00 Noon (E.S.T.) on April 22, 2008 and all entries must be received by 12:00 Noon (E.S.T.) on May 13, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Internet Entry: Enter online by visiting the Green Earth Expo Sweepstakes official registration page at www.wftv.com and completing all of the required information and following all instructions.
WFTV, Inc. will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or WFTV, Inc. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by WFTV, Inc. in their sole discretion, and WFTV, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open to Central Florida businesses (including the counties of Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Brevard, Lake, Marion, Sumter, Volusia or Polk), (entrant must be 18 years or older at the time of entry). The Sweepstakes is not open to employees of Sponsor, WFTV, Inc. or Artesian Pools, or of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, or to the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, all such employees. (An immediate family member of an employee is a spouse, child, parent, or sibling of that employee.)

PRIZES AND ODDS. The award of all prizes is subject to compliance with these Official Rules. Ten (10) Grand Prize Winners will be randomly selected to receive four (4) tickets each to the Green Earth Expo at the Orange County Convention Center May 15-18, 2008 (Approximate Value: $52 each). Winner must come to the WFTV Studios located at 490 East South Street, Orlando, Florida 32801 to sign an affidavit and collect the prize certificate within ten days of being notified.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
All prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No cash equivalents or substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prizes package are subject to availability and WFTV, Inc. and the Global Green Alliance reserve the right to substitute prizes or prize components of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of all taxes on prizes.

WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE. Random drawings from among all eligible entries received will be conducted on or about May 13, 2008 to select ten (10) Grand Prize Winners.
The Grand Prize Winner will be declared Winner at the time of drawing and will receive prize notification by telephone within five (5) of Prize Drawing. All drawing(s) will be conducted as follows: Ten (10) Grand Prize Provisional Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received and Sponsor will attempt to contact the selected Grand Prize Provisional Winner in person by telephone during regular business hours using the telephone numbers provided on the entry form. If Sponsor is unable to reach a Grand Prize Provisional Winner in person by telephone, (Sponsor will call only once during regular business hours and no messages will be left) that Grand Prize Provisional Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Provisional Winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. The first Grand Prize Provisional Winner whom Sponsor successfully contact in person by telephone and who claims the Grand Prizes in accordance with these Official Rules will be declared the Winner of that drawing prize.

In order to claim the prize Winner shall be required to come to the WFTV Studios located in Orlando to complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, within ten (10) business days of being notified. Winner must also present a valid drivers license. Failure of a winner to timely sign any required affidavit and release, or to claim a prize or comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, will result in drawing Winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate drawing Winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. Unless prohibited by law, entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the sponsors and their agencies to use the winner's name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation the Internet.

PARTICIPATION. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of WFTV, Inc. which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, the sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, sponsors reserve the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

CONSTRUCTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and WFTV, Inc. shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Florida, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

GENERAL RELEASE. By entering the Sweepstakes, contestants release WFTV, Inc., the Global Green Alliance., any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance/possession/use and/or misuse of prize(s), travel to and from any prize-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).
