Step 1: You can find the link to the High School Football section at the top of the menu navigation bar on the home page of wftv.com Just click on the link to enter the section.

Step 2: By scrolling to the bottom of the page, you will see two sections called "Latest Videos" and "Latest Photos". Click on the tab at the right of one of these two sections that says "Post your own".

Step 3: If you are already a registered user of the high school sports page, you can login using your user name and password and clicking the "login" button. If you are not already a registered user, click on the link to the right that says "Join Now".

Step 4: To register, you must fill in the 'required' information requested of you. The 'optional' information allows you to upload an avatar or image that will identify your profile.

Step 5: Once you have successfully registered, you will be taken to a screen that will allow you to upload media and view other's media. Click on the "my media" link next to your screen name to upload video or photos.

Step 6: Select whether you want to upload video or images by clicking on the appropriate link.

Step 7: To upload your media, fill in the appropriate fields on the screen and click the "add video" or "add photo" button.
