I came to WFTV in January 2007 as a general assignment reporter. I moved here from Texas, where I spent four years reporting along the Mexican border in the Rio Grande Valley and in Laredo, near Houston, my hometown.

My name may be Irish, like my father, but I might catch you off guard with the fluent Spanish that my mother taught me! A Colombian at heart, I love to dance--and I love to talk.

I graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. I took advantage of the university's various campuses to spend time living in London, England, Málaga, Spain, and Washington, DC.

Now I spend my free time exploring different parts of the city or snuggling at home with my kitten.
