I joined Channel 9 in August of 2006 as a sports anchor/reporter after working in the same capacity for WLOS in Asheville, NC near my hometown of Greenville, SC.As a synchronized swimmer at The Ohio State University, I was a member of four national championship teams and named All-American three times. The highlight of my synchro career came in 1992 when I was named to the United States National Team. I graduated from the home of the Buckeyes with a B.A. in journalism and concentrated courses in Spanish. Some of my television career highlights include covering the North Carolina Tar Heels run through the Final Four in 2005 for WLOS and the Carolina Hurricanes trip to the Stanley Cup finals in 2002 for WLFL in Raleigh, NC. I have also covered numerous Atlanta Braves NLCS and World Series games while working for WYFF in Greenville.I graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High School, where I was honorable mention All-American in water polo, and I am very excited to be back in the Sunshine State.
