Cold front approaches Central Florida; longer cold stretch forecast

ORLANDO, Fla. — The south wind and an approaching cold front have increased the clouds across Central Florida. Showers have also entered the northern tear of Central Florida.

Here’s what you can expect for Tuesday evening:

  • Some scattered showers arriving in the Metro areas by 10 p.m.
  • By 6 a.m., temperatures will be in the upper 60s, under mostly cloudy skies.
  • Temperatures are expected to stay in the 70s on Wednesday afternoon.
  • Cloudy and isolated storms are possible in the afternoon.
  • Gradual clearing on Thursday, with highs staying in the low 60. It will also be windy, which will make the temperatures feel colder.
