Temperatures have been very hot across Central Florida to begin the workweek with heat indices around 105.
Here’s what you should expect:
- Isolated showers and storms will mainly move from northwest to southeast, lasting through the early evening.
- The isolated showers will end after 10 p.m. Temperatures will drop to the upper 70s for the evening.
- Storm chance increases for Tuesday. Isolated storms in the morning, with the chance of more numerous storms through the afternoon.
- High temperatures will reach the low-90s. The average high temperature for this time of the year is about 92 degrees.
- Storm chance will stay between 50 to 60 percent for each day the rest of the week.
