Post-Tropical Rafael still packs strength

MIAMI — Rafael may not be a hurricane, but is still packing hurricane strength winds.

The National Hurricane Center in Miami said the storm still had maximum sustained winds of 75 mph on Wednesday night.

Rafael is racing to the northeast at 35 mph.

The storm is expected to begin losing strength.

Rafael doesn't pose any threat to land, though strong swells are expected along the east coast of the U.S. for the next couple of days.
