1. "The Daily Show With Trevor Noah Presents the Donald J. Trump Presidential Twitter Library" by the writers of The Daily Show (Spiegel & Grau, nonfiction, on sale July 31)

What it's about: Brings to book form show's traveling exhibit of framed presidential tweets.

The buzz: Appearing at BookExpo America in May, Noah (no fan of Trump), said Twitter is the best place to understand the president: "It's where he wages wars and sparks deals."

2. "A Measure of Darkness" by Jonathan Kellerman and Jesse Kellerman (Ballantine, fiction, on sale July 31)

What it's about: Deputy coroner Clay Edison tries to learn the identity of a "Jane Doe" shot and killed at a wild party in a gentrifying neighborhood.

The buzz: This is the second book in the Clay Edison series from the father-son team; the first, "Crime Scene," landed at No. 21 on USA TODAY's Best-Selling Books list last year.

3. "12: The Inside Story of Tom Brady's Fight for Redemption" by Casey Sherman and Dave Wedge (Little, Brown, nonfiction, on sale July 31)

What it's about: Looks back at the 2016 season, when quarterback Tom Brady went from being suspended for "Deflategate" to leading the New England Patriots to an epic comeback in Super Bowl LI.

The buzz: "Astute…refreshing," says Publishers Weekly.

4. "The Incendiaries" by R.O. Kwon (Riverhead, fiction, on sale July 31)

What it's about: A young couple is torn apart by fanaticism and terrorism when the girl joins a cult that bombs several buildings in the name of faith.

The buzz: It's the No. 1 Indie Next pick of independent booksellers for August. "R.O. Kwon's debut knocked me sideways," says John Francisconi of Bank Square Books, Mystic, Connecticut.

5. "Bloody Sunday" by Ben Coes (St. Martin's Press, fiction, on sale July 31)

What it's about: In this thriller, CIA agent Dewey Andreas is called to save the day when North Korea's Kim Jong Un becomes determined to launch a nuclear attack on the U.S.

The buzz: “Excellent…the best entry in the series so far,” says Publishers Weekly.
