New York, NY -- (Sports Network) - Ashley Battle had 15 points to help the New York Liberty to a 77-56 thrashing of the Washington Mystics at Madison Square Garden.

Janel McCarville had 12 points and six rebounds while Shameka Christon added 10 points for the Liberty, who have won their last three games. Every New York player had at least two points in the game.

Alana Beard had 15 points, six assists and five rebounds while Taj McWilliams- Franklin added 12 points and nine boards for the Mystics, who have dropped two of their last three games.
