ORLANDO, Fla. — Rides like the Manta rollercoaster at SeaWorld may soon have some new competition.

The park is introducing its brand-new coaster that is so cool it may give you the chills.

Ice Breaker will feature four airtime filled launches, both backwards and forwards, culminating in a reverse launch into the steepest beyond vertical drop with a 93-foot-tall spike at a 100-degree angle.

The ride will be the steepest “beyond vertical” drop in the state, officials said.
Although the ride doesn’t officially open until the middle of next month, those with season passes will get a sneak peek, weeks earlier.
