Central Florida couple threatened with foreclosure for debt they didn’t owe

It’s one of the most extreme home owner association nightmares Action 9 has seen.

A Central Florida couple claims their homeowner’s association threatened to foreclose on their house for a debt they did not owe. But these homeowners fought to save their home of 26 years, and now the HOA must pay them $33,000.
