Casey Anthony could be back in courtroom soon

ORLANDO, Fla.,None — Casey Anthony could be back in an Orange County courtroom very soon.

The judge in the civil case held a hearing Thursday morning to start preparing for April's trial.

Anthony is being sued by Zenaida Gonzalez for defamation.

Anthony claimed a babysitter with the same name kidnapped her daughter Caylee.

Attorneys for Gonzalez say they plan to call Casey to the stand, but that it's up to her to answer their questions.
