VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — Florida health officials confirmed overnight that there are now 42 patients that tested positive for coronavirus, with three being from Volusia County and one in Seminole County.
The three Volusia County cases are tied to a Nile River tour in Egypt.
Health officials could not confirm if they were on the same tour together or if they knew each other.

The patients are a 66-year-old woman, a 60-year-old woman and a 70-year-old man.
The Seminole County patient is a 68-year-old man who had a travel history.
Each patient is being monitored and remains under isolation.
