None - As a Minnesota native, weather (mostly the cold stuff) has always been a huge part of my life, but it wasn't until I experienced the 2004 hurricane season that I realized I wanted to become a Meteorologist.

I graduated with Cum Laude honors from Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology. While attending Florida Tech, I was a member and captain of their NCAA Division II Women's Basketball team. GO PANTHERS! I also served an internship, right here in the WFTV Severe Weather Center.

In 2008, I left the Sunshine State and headed to the Heart Of Missouri where I joined KRCG-TV, in Jefferson City, MO as an on-air weekday morning and noon meteorologist. After getting another taste of cold winter months, I am happy to now be back and call Florida and WFTV my home once again.

I am a member of the American Meteorological Society. In my free time I enjoy wearing purple and gold as I root on the Vikings. I also enjoy playing basketball, volleyball, and other sports, traveling, taking in the outdoors, spending time with my family and friends, and last but definitely not least, taking excursions to my family's lake cabin in Minnesota, my favorite place on Earth.
