ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - Orlando police are looking for the two people who they say were shooting at and chasing a man in the middle of the morning in an apartment complex.

Investigators said the shooting happened just before 11 a.m. along north Pine Hills Road, near North Lane.

One witness said things have gotten out of control in the neighborhood.

The witness said he saw a man being chased and heard about five shots.

A woman at the complex said she also heard multiple shots and saw a person chasing someone else.

One witness said the chase actually started at the complex next door, but then the victim was able to hop a fence to get away from the shooters.

Orlando police said there were possibly two people chasing the man.

Korasir Azula said he was the person being chased and shot at and said there was a previous disagreement before the shooting.

“I was running, saying 'Call the cops, call the police,'” Azula said. “I don't know why's he shooting at me. I didn't do nothing to him.”

    Azula was not injured.

The police department said officers do patrol the complexes as part of their regular duties, but it's up to the complex owners to provide additional security.
