8 women accuse Deltona firefighter of sexual assault

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — A Deltona firefighter charged with raping four women is now facing more accusations by more women.

Channel 9 first reported on Terry Freeman a week-and-a-half ago when an Altamonte Springs woman accused him of rape.

After that story aired four more women came forward also claiming that Freeman, 32, sexually assaulted them.

Monday night Channel 9's Myrt Price learned that more women are saying they are victims as well.

Three more women have come forward with allegations they were raped by Freeman.

He's now accused of sexually assaulting eight women. So far he has been charged with sexually assaulting four of them.

Volusia County sheriff's investigators believe he used his job to get close to the women.

The alleged victims told detectives Freeman was aggressive and out of control and used his weight to force himself on them.

In one case a victim told investigators she feared he was going to kill her.

Deputies say Freeman met most of his alleged victims at their workplaces.

Investigators said he and one woman worked out at the same place and that he met one online.

According to investigators, Freeman has denied assaulting the women, but they said in a at least one of the cases he has changed his story.

Investigators believe there could be still more victims out there.

They ask that anyone with information that could help with the case to call the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
