Casey Anthony's attorneys back in court for bankruptcy hearing

TAMPA, Fla. — Casey Anthony's attorneys are back in a Tampa courtroom Tuesday for a bankruptcy hearing.

In March, Anthony made her first public appearance since her 2011 murder trial for her first bankruptcy hearing.

Tuesday, attorneys for Roy Kronk and Zenaida Gonzalez are fighting to keep their defamation lawsuits from being thrown out if Anthony's bankruptcy goes through.

Anthony is scheduled for a deposition with Gonzalez' attorney next month where she will be required to answer questions about her daughter Caylee's death.
