Casey Anthony's civil case to begin on Apr. 10

ORLANDO, Fla.,None — Casey Anthony's civil case is scheduled to begin on April 10, according to Orange County court officials.

Anthony's attorneys have until Wednesday to request a continuance, said officials.

Anthony is being sued by Zenaida Gonzalez for defamation.

Anthony claimed a babysitter with the same name kidnapped her daughter Caylee.

Attorneys for Gonzalez said they plan to call Casey to the stand, but that it's up to her to answer their questions.

Anthony was acquitted of murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose body was found in a wooded area behind Anthony's parent's home.
