Deputies search for missing Kissimmee boy

KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Deputies are looking for a 12-year-old boy who they said stormed out of his home after an argument with his mother and hasn’t been seen since.

Javon Sage Padilla was last seen Thursday around 10 a.m. at his home on Flag Lane in Kissimmee.

He was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue swimming shorts and no shoes.

Deputies said Padilla suffers from a mental illness, so they are concerned about his well-being.
