Deputies search for missing Orange County woman

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Judy Liana Ruiz, 20, left her home in east Orange County Wednesday afternoon and has not been heard from since, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Ruiz has brown hair and brown eyes, is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds, investigators said.

According to investigators she left her home on Old Cheney Highway and Cornelia Avenue at 2:15 p.m., and was believed to be traveling on foot.

Deputies said she was last seen on Wednesday night near the Sonny's in the University of Central Florida area.

Ruiz was wearing a gray shirt, blue jean capris and may be wearing glasses.

Investigators said there is concern for her well-being because she has a mental disability and needs to take her medication.
