FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Lottery announced Monday that a Palm Coast man won $1 million from a scratch-off ticket.
Lottery officials said Frank Redman, 63, won the top prize with The Fastest Road game.

Redman bought his winning ticket at the Circle K on Southwest Palm Coast Parkway in Palm Coast, officials said.
A Florida Lottery spokesperson said Redman chose to receive his winnings as a one-time lump-sum payment of $790,000. The store that sold the winning ticket will also get $2,000.

Officials said The Fastest Road is a $30 game that started in February and has over $948 million in cash prizes.
Last week, Florida Lottery officers also announced an Ocala woman won $2 million with a Cashword scratch-off ticket.
