KISSIMMEE, Fla. — A gun manufacturer will soon be one step closer to opening a facility in central Florida.
Gov. Rick Scott announced in 2011 that top gun manufacturer Colt would open up a new plant in Kissimmee.
The county is expected to approve a lease for the manufacturing company Monday.
The state and county offered over $1 million in incentives for the company to come to Florida.
The plant is expected to bring more than 60 jobs to the area.
