Happening at 1 p.m.: NASA to give update on upcoming Crew-3 launch to the ISS

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — NASA will host two briefings on the upcoming Crew-3 launch to the International Space Station.

The first briefing will start at 1 p.m. Wednesday.


NASA said it will discuss the upcoming crew rotation.

NASA’s SpaceX Crew-3 mission will carry NASA astronauts Raja Char, Tom Marshburn and Kayla Barron, as well as ESA (European Space Agency) astronaut Matthias Maurer aboard a Crew Dragon spacecraft on a Falcon 9 rocket to the space station.

The mission is scheduled to launch Saturday, Oct. 30, from Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.

On Thursday at 2 p.m., another news conference will be held with the astronauts.
