Here’s how much rain fell in Central Florida Monday

ORLANDO, Fla. — Rain is still coming down in Central Florida.

The heaviest amounts from Monday’s weather brought totals as high as 4 inches today, Channel 9 certified chief meteorologist Tom Terry said.

The rain totals for Central Florida are:

  • Cocoa: 4.62 inches
  • Astatula: 3.88 inches
  • Pine Hills: 3.10 inches
  • Eustis: 2.17 inches
  • Alafaya: 1.63 inches
  • Apopka: 1.22 inches

More afternoon downpours are expected through midweek, then another storm system will ramp up the storm chances by late week heading into Saturday, Terry said.
