Here’s what popular Milk District needs, says director

While plenty of good things are happening in The Milk District, if there is one challenge for people such as Zac Alfson it is that there is not enough retail space for all of the unique concepts that want to be there.

Alfson is the executive director for The Milk District’s Main Street program, which works to enhance the neighborhood’s business community while preserving its character and identity.

He told Orlando Business Journal that the district needs more retail space and that one of the items he is working with the city of Orlando on is ways to bring more opportunity to the area in light of its tight inventory.
