Hot and dry Thursday in Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. — The summer-like heat will continue in Central Florida on Thursday.

Our area will be dry and hot with high temperatures in the upper 80s and low 90s.

Severe drought conditions continue across most of Central Florida.

Our dry pattern will remain locked in place until this weekend.

Our next front is expected to arrive this weekend and should increase our rain and storm chance, especially on Sunday.

The front is also expected to help cool things down.

After several days in the 90s, our area will see highs in the 80s next week.
