ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County sheriff's detectives arrested Lawrence Wiggins, 42, Friday and charged him with second-degree murder.
Investigators said deputies were called to an apartment in Orange County Thursday night where they found Gillion Dexter and Wiggins, both with stab wounds.
According to investigators, both men were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where Dexter died Friday morning.
Investigators said the men lived together in the apartment on Park Promenade Drive.
Dexter called 911 following the stabbings, according to investigators.
Wiggins is being held in the Orange County Jail.
