Man killed after SUV overturns on I-95 in Brevard County, FHP said

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — A man was killed in a single-car crash on Interstate 95 in Brevard County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

It happened around 7:35 p.m. near mile marker 196. The driver was heading north on I-95 when, for an unknown reason, he lost control and exited the highway, striking a wall and overturning, FHP said.

The driver, a 45-year-old male, was ejected from the SUV and pronounced dead at the scene.

He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, FHP said.
