Cops: Man trying to buy pot robbed of pants

ORLANDO, Fla. — An Orlando man looking to buy marijuana was robbed of his pants instead, investigators said.

Authorities said Carlos Villamar, 29, stopped by an apartment complex on Mercy Drive to buy some marijuana early Sunday morning. Police said he drove to the back of the complex and approached a man, who led him to a group to buy pot.

However, police said one of the men placed a gun to Villamar's head, and then told him to get on the ground. Police said Villamar was kicked in the shoulder blade and then robbed.

A report stated that Villamar was robbed of $42, his driver's license, his mother's debit card, his social security card and his pants.

Officials said no one was arrested because Villamar decided not to prosecute.
