BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — A man's body was found Monday morning in Brevard County.
Melbourne police said the body of a man was found in a canal off Magnolia Avenue.
The man who found the body while walking down the road told WFTV he quickly flagged down another driver to call 911. He did not give his name.
"I knew I had to get him out of the water, do something for him instead of just walking by and not doing anything," he said.
Melbourne police said they are now working to identify the man and find out how he died.
